If at any time illness or injury results in a disability to our employees, Implicor will manage the Injury Management process to facilitate their safe return to gainful and meaningful employment.
OH&S induction module
The Implicor Human Resources safety induction system contains all the documentation you require to effectively undertake an employee safety induction.
The safety induction system contains information and instruction in relation to basic occupational health & safety principles and practices and a specific section on workstation ergonomics. At the conclusion of the training module there is a competency-based assessment, that requires printing and completion by the employee. The Implicor temp controller is to score the assessment prior to the employee commencing work.

OH&S Management (International) Pty Ltd recommend that each employee undertakes a refresher of the safety induction system on a minimum six-monthly basis.
