Implicor is an established, WA owned and managed company, whose goal is to provide clients with the very best quality, value and service in human resources consulting.
The name, Implicor, is based on the Latin word for "employ, employer and employee" - three entities that are vital to the recruitment process: you, the employer, your prospective employees and the 'art' of employment.
Implicor has been in operation since 1991, initially as Lanigan Wilson & Co. We changed our name to Implicor in 1997, but the company's principals remain the same and all our policy and management decisions are made in WA. Dealing directly with our principals is as easy as it has ever been.
When it comes to permanent recruiting and outsourcing, we recognise that the best way to assist our clients is to perform as much of the recruitment work as possible, saving you valuable time, effort and money.
