ROLE SNAPSHOT:

Assists and supports the Operations Team with the development, coordination and delivery / implementation of significant HSE learning and development projects and programs;

Promotes, designs, coordinates and delivers high quality HSE learning and development programs to meet identified needs;

Analyses, evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of HSE learning and development Programs;

Evaluates HSE learning and development programs and identifies future issues, trends and best practice in the learning and development area;

Coordinates a range of internal and external training projects, including developing and managing briefs, plans and deliverables;

Prepares appropriate delivery and assessment schedules;

Designs and delivers a range of professional learning and development events, workshops and activities to support HSE's strategic direction;

Identifies future issues, trends and best practice in the training and development arena and contributes to the development of business, training and other plans for the training program;
Coordinates and manages training data for the preparation of reports on staff training development programs and assessment.

THE ENVIRONMENT:

Large corporate environment;

Report to the OHS Manager.

PREREQUISITES:

Previous training experience in an HSE capacity is essential;

Certificate IV in OHS.
