Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - A focusing on maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, colleagues; Using your amazing attention to detail ensuring processing and administration is 'spot on'; Put those research skills to good use gathering information to support renewals and new business; Being immensely strategic to meet deadlines; Thoughtful and effective problem solving; Respect and adhere to compliance, FSRA and relevant legislation; Utilise your financial acumen for account & debtor management; Grasp with enthusiasm continuing education and awareness of industry trends; Partake in decision making across all aspects of the book management and administration; Seek continual improvement in practice and processes.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the Regional Development Manager/Broker who has abundant knowledge and skills to share with you.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have recent Broking or Underwriting experience and preferably be Tier 1 qualified.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Highly attuned written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft office.
