Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – extensive client service; processing work orders and contractor invoices [simple and complex]; Track and report on completion dates, costs and timeliness of works; Update and maintain electronic property records; provided detailed information on work orders and Tenant liability charges; Administer and assist with day to day operations; Responding to general maintenance and tenant enquiries; Obtain client feedback; Monitor contractor performance; Arrange property works;
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Manager – WA Property Services and work within a cohesive team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have a current drivers license. Experience in property looked upon favourably.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
A high level of written and verbal communication skills, good Microsoft office experience.
