SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Registering new claims; First Point of contact for claims enquiries including but not limited to emails, phone calls, daily mail and responding to website enquiries; Directing calls and enquiries to the external Claims Management Consultancy; Document closure of claims; Ensure adherence to timeframes noted in the General Insurance Code of Practice; Jointly responsible for he maintenance of claim team follow up system; Scan/save all documents so they are easily accessible; Attend and contribute to team meetings; Observe and maintain the firm's financial, business and human resources policies and procedures; Carry out duties to assist the Compliance Officer as per ISR
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Managing Director, Claims Management Consultancy, Underwriting Manager, Finance & Administrator Manager and works closely with team members and Brokers.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have some experience with insurance claims.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
A high level of written and verbal communication skills plus a minimum of intermediate Microsoft software suite knowledge.
