VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have excellent customer service experience including leadership; Demonstrated ability to influence, build and maintain relationships
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
High level of written and oral communication skills; strong analytical and problem solving skills; A high level of computer literacy as well as the ability to quickly learn customized software systems.
