SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Coordinates the implementation of social media strategies and manages social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube; Coordinates the maintenance of company websites including updates as required; Monitors and coordinates activities of suppliers in order to carry out approved campaigns within budget and time limitations; Assists with the production of marketing literature including flyers, information kits, signage, point of sale material and stationary; Carries out a monthly stock take of the above material and re-orders in a timely manner; Coordinates the preparation and submission of award proposals; Coordinates the ongoing maintenance of display centres, including merchandising and marketing material; Assists with the development of seminars, meetings and business functions; Assists with stand preparation and attends related trade shows; Assists with implementing marketing material and promotional campaigns to metropolitan display centres and dealer network. Communicates and disseminates information to these groups; Visits locations to take photographs as required. Liaises with sales consultants and site supervisors to identify suitable locations; Maintains the photographic library (both hard copy and electronically) in an organised manner to enable ease of access; Actions any requests by the Marketing Manager promptly; Fulfils any incidental miscellaneous tasks that may be asked from time to time.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have completed a B.Com/Business with a major in marketing [or equivalent]. Recent experience in a similar role.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Advanced knowledge of Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. Experience with design software, internet software, spreadsheets and word processing.
