GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - To provide accurate, efficient and timely support to maximise Brokers effectiveness; To participate in the Broker support team, assisting members where possible; .Broker support to broker; Client service; Liaising and negotiating with providers and suppliers; Attending client meetings with broker and networking events as requested; Preparing documentation; Creating and maintaining records; Lodgement and management of claims; and and all other duties.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Broker and Senior Management.
Has authority and responsibility for efficient, friendly and competent performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience as an assistant broker.
Tier 2 essential.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Microsoft office experience essential.
