SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Preparation of monthly accounts - P&L, Balance Sheet & Reports; Maintain MYOB accounting software; Balance Sheet reconciliations; Land management costing and reconciliations; Running cash flow reports; Maintaining the Asset Register; Bank reconciliation; Processing creditor invoices [<50 creditors] and settlement receipts; Prepare monthly BAS; Prepare annual FBT return; Working papers for tax returns [6 monthly - tax return prepared by PWC]; Payroll for staff of 2.

In due course the role will include Budget preparation; Assist in financial modelling and feasibility studies; Insurance claims.

Any and all other duties.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the General Manager Finance and liaise with external project managers.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have experience with the above mentioned duties. Preferably an accounting qualification [though not essential]

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Advanced accounting and excel skills. Experience with MYOB looked upon favourably.
