A rare opportunity to join a successful national firm as a Client Services Officer in the exciting Australian Stock Exchange Share Registry arena.
 
 GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
 
 Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - processing of transfers; input of shareholder details ie name, address, tax file number, financial details, reporting requirements and changes of address; processing of 'placements'; answering Shareholder, Stockbroker, Company Secretary enquiries; assisting with the mail, filing and printing of documents and mail outs.
 
 In due course there is the possibility of career progress to managing and reconciling corporate actions; reconcile bank accounts; identify, analyse and resolve variances within the bank reconciliations; assist with transaction processing; assist with the maintenance of the Company's Register; Ensure time sensitive duties are completed prior to cut off deadlines; liaise with clients and shareholders; Other duties as required.
 
 RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
 
 Reports to the National Operations Manager, the Branch Manager, other Management Staff.
 Has authority and responsibility for the accurate and on time performance of role.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 You will need to have previous experience in a client contact administrative or accounts role requiring high attention to detail, plus ongoing client service via phone or email.
 
 Excellent written and communication skills are essential.
 
 TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
 
 Intermediate Microsoft office skills especially word and excel.

 Will be in line with the appropriate award at Junior rates with a loading for skills/experience
