Assistant Account Executive role with an award winning firm situated in the Western Suburbs.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Assisting a Senior Account Executive in providing the highest level of customer services to a portfolio of clients; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders; handling new business enquiries; handling all renewals, endorsements, new business quotes and all other broking duties; demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to learn; reporting to the Senior Account Executive and Management; general administration duties;
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Senior Account Executive and Management.
Has authority and responsibility for the friendly, efficient and accurate performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1 and experience in general insurance broking.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Experience with Winbeat and Sunrise is essential.
