GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - ensuring current insurance and risk management needs of a portfolio of clients are fully met to the satisfaction of clients; prepare and implement new business quote, policies and any amendments to existing policies; effectively manage a client's claims from notification through to settlement; assist clients with any enquiries; liaise with underwriters to ensure that compliance standards are met; any other administration tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You will need to have recent experience with general insurance. Training on offer to gain Tier 1.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
