GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Team leadership and staff management [approximately 15 - 20%] Account Management of medium sized portfolio 75 - 80%] encompassing day to day broking, extensive networking and community involvement; any and all other duties.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Managing Director
Has authority and responsibility for accurate and on time performance of role along with the day to day team management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience with SME broking, some leadership experience, insurance qualifications and current Tier 1
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Insurance broking software experience is essential.
