Broker support role for head office located in West Perth focusing on being trusted partners in industry solutions - full time hours. Winbeat essential.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - processing of new business and renewals, endorsements, preparing schedules of insurances, assisting with claim documentation, liaising with all stakeholders ie clients, underwriters, service providers etc. With particular emphasis on working with Accounts for processing corrections. Any and all other duties.

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to Broker Services Manager.

Has authority and responsibility for accurate, timely and friendly performance of duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You will need to have a couple of years exposure with commercial insurance lines. Insurance qualifications/FSRA accreditation looked upon favourably but is not essential.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Good msword skills and experience with general insurance broking software [Winbeat experience mandatory]
