Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - drive new business and manage the export and commercial business in line with company objectives; be part of the senior management team and develop growth strategies and plants to diversify business so that income streams increase for growth and the future; manage 2 support staff; immersing yourself in operational issues; supervising processing of received orders; liaise with internal staff for scheduling; assisting with the collection of Dealer Network payments; ensuring sales leads are actioned; supervising logistics; tender documentation; financial reporting; visiting existing and prospective Dealers; attending Dealer network events plus relevant trade fairs to promote the company's products;

Reports to Managing Director and works with a high performing team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
Tertiary qualifications looked upon favourably. Experience with export plus demonstrated experience in a commercial sales environment. Manufacturing, building, construction, landscaping experience looked upon favourably.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Highly attuned written and verbal communication skills plus good computer skills.
