Training in commercial provided if you have solid GI Personal Lines claims experience.
SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – provide professional claims broking service & advise working as part of the claims team. Registering Claims. Being responsible for claims enquiries via email, phone calls, daily mail and website enquiries. Liaising with client and insurers to ensure prompt settlement. Provide advice and policy wording interpretation to clients. Document closure of cases. Assisting internal broking staff regarding past and current claims. Assisting fellow team members and management. Responsible for the maintenance of claims team follow system including liaison with insurers. Scan/save all documents so they are easily accessible. Attend and contribute to team meetings. Observe and work within the financial, business and human resource policies and procedures. Carry out duties to assist the Compliance Officer as per FSR.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to Executive Management team and works with whole firm.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
Preferably commercial lines experience though training provided if you have solid GI pesonal lines claims experience. They will support tier 1 and tier 2.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Relevant claims administering. Negotiation skills. Computer literate [Microsoft Office] with sound computer skills
