Senior Consultant within an insurance broking risk advisory team focusing on delivery of specialist services. CBD

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - identification of WHS service opportunities, project planning and delivery of services; establishment and ongoing development of relationships with clients and insurer personnel; Conduct WHS management audits, reviews and assessments; conduct hazard reviews and risk assessments; Conduct WHS incident investigations and prepare reports; Development and delivery of relevant training, information session plus facilitating workshops; Using WHS information management platforms used by clients; Complete and present WHS reports to clients; Undertake administrative tasks relevant to WHS service delivery; Develop and refine WHS templates and tools; Any and all other tasks

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to Senior Management.
Has authority and responsibility for efficient, friendly and accurate performance of the role.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You will need to have Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Work Health & Safety or relevant Tertiary Qualifications; Certificates or other related courses in safety related areas; Previous experience as Work Health. Safety Office, Advisor, or Consultant or similar experience; Demonstrated experience and knowledge of WA State Occupational Health & Safety legislation; understanding of the insurance looked upon favourably.
