Provide operational support to the leadership development team; with specific focus on the coordination of training development course participants.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -

Provide superior service to all potential and existing participant enquiries in a timely manner: Provide efficient, thorough administrative support including diary, email and travel management; Manage the participant application process; Administer participant attendance, engagement and reflections process; Schedule participant interviews and shortlist for leadership development managers ; Book host venues and speakers; assist with researching suitable choices; Show leadership and initiative with proactive planning, decision making and resourcefulness to ensure our programs, courses and experiences run on schedule and maintain excellence level; Assist in the preparation of materials for leadership programs/courses, presentations; Attendance at events and other activities including regional trips as required; Maintain salesforce database with participant, speaker and host details; Maintain other systems and functions including formstack and email inboxes; Contribute innovative ideas in support of continuous improvement to enhance the organisation and event success; Provide administrative support to other members of the leadership development team during peak periods and/or absence; Other tasks and duties as may be required to further the aims of the organisation

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to Program Director and Senior Manager
Has authority and responsibility for accurate, on time and professional performance of duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Superior customer service outlook - written and verbal; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - at executive level (CEO, Senior Execs); Outstanding organisational and time management skills; High attention to detail and understanding of high quality work output; Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and agility to work with fast pace competing (and sometimes changing) timelines; Show great initiative, resourcefulness, problem solve, think on feet, anticipate the play; Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within a close team environment; Advanced computer skills with willingness to learn more; Commitment to continuous improvement of all administrative practices and own personal and professional development
