Are you accurate, efficient, detailed oriented plus a problem solver with a keen eye?  Local residential exp essential.

SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include –

Be responsible for the accurate management of all costings, as well as providing sales quote costing, prestart variation costing, external site works, deal acceptance margin checks and close out provisional sum allowances
Provide Sales Quotes/costings based on sketches provided by Sales Consultants.
Complete site works estimates for contract documents.
Cost variations to contracts at the request of the Sales Consultants.
Liaise closely with the Estimating/Scheduling Coordinator to achieve a productive workflow.
Preparation of prestart costings
Provide cost revisions as requested by other Endeavour Departments.
Provide costings due to statutory or other compliance requirements as required.
Complete and/or adjust provisional sums as stated in the building contract as required.
Complete Margin report checks at Deal Acceptance, Contracts, Prestart and Scheduling)
Working with other staff members to continually improve systems and processes.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the Estimating Manager and works closely with Sales Consultants, Drafting Staff, Client Liaison, Shire Liaison Client Administration & Construction Supervisors.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

Ideally you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience within the residential building industry of which 2 are as an Estimator.  Schedulers definitely considered.
