Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Managing key working relations with internal eastern states and overseas owners, ATO and other legislative bodies/regulators/auditors, Banks and Financiers, Board Members, Settlement Agents, Project Managers and Consultants; Financial and Statutory accounting; Management Accounting; General business and administration management; Ensuring effective strategic relationships are maintained; Treasury function; management of an Accountant; any and all other duties.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Chairman Board and works with a highly cohesive team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have Financial management experience; High planning and organizational skills; Analytical skills; Be a strategic thinker; Highly attuned interpersonal plus verbal and written communication skills.
Experience within the property or construction sectors essential.
Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting, with membership of a professional accounting body.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and accounting software.
YOUR NEW COMPANY
Office is located in West Perth. Generous salary package with car allowance, car bay and bonuses. You must be available for occasional travel interstate for board meetings.
