SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – Driving culture development alongside the MD; Influencing and advising line management on HR issues; HR strategy & resource development Dashboard maintenance and development, providing weekly reports encompassing many issues including overtime; Advising on remuneration & reviews; Interpretation of awards and compliance including liaison with legal advisors; Updating policies; Involvement in organising staff events and motivation including Employee of the Quarter nomination; Working with management and legal advisors to resolves disputes about industrial matters, including any matter relating to the work, privileges, rights or duties of employers or employees in industry; Maintaining, updating and issuing employment related agreements; Advising management and participating in performance management including employment separation; Liaising with Visa Consultants and Department of Immigration progressing the Labour Agreement; Recruitment guidance across a broad diverse and inclusive workforce; Any and all other duties.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have experience as a HR Manager preferably with Construction, Manufacturing or associated industries. Appropriate tertiary qualifications preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Highly attuned influencing expertise along with excellent verbal & written skills.
