Internal Broker role in a high performing team - West Perth
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
The Internal Broker plays an integral in their Brokers capacity to reach and surpass their business objectives by preparing quality recommendations, documentation and research to the Senior Broker and delivering timely, accurate, personable and professional client service. An Internal Broker is able to work independently and has the knowledge, experience and communications skills to confidently provide technical advice, liaise and and negotiate with suppliers and providers. Internal Brokers supervise Broker Support personnel within their Broker team plus participates and shares knowledge with other staff.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Senior Manager and Brokers
Has authority and responsibility for friendly and efficient performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1 plus several years experience in the insurance industry
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good broking software knowledge is essential.
