WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include –

 

Operational - such as maintain construction & landscaping knowledge; ensuring your team continues learning & developing their skills and knowledge; building relationships with existing clients; employing new quality staff within budgets; staff management; management and engagement of subcontractors; management and implement company plans in a positive proactive manner;  management of toolbox meetings; positive inter department communication; effectively manage the scheduling of site & maintenance operations; manage warehouse stock & consumables; ensuring the maintenance & service of equipment & vehicles.

 

Financial responsibilities including – accountability for operation of areas of responsibility to budgets and targets; driving cost reduction and efficiencies in line with the business’s strategies; working together with the accounting team for invoicing, revenue, margins, works and reporting.

 

Business Development – working with existing clients to drive sales growth; prepare and assist with tenders; identifying new opportunities & clients.

Reports to the Executive Team & Managing Director

Has authority and responsibility for exceptional performance of role, HSE

 

THE QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE YOU NEED

 

You will need to have

 

Qualifications: Diploma of Horticulture is preferred. Current Senior First Aid certificate , Current MR Class manual driver’s license, white card are essential.

 

Experience: Leadership experience within a role that focused on landscaping [hardscaping component essential]

 

Software:  Experience with CRM, word, excel and outlook are essential.
