SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Liaise with the Managing Director on a daily basis to provide support for any task; Preparation of documents; Diary management; Actioning requests by the Managing Director, Executive Chairman and Financial Controller; Attending meetings and taking minutes; Filing; Organising maintenance of office equipment; Communicating with various departments on behalf of the Managing Director; Assisting with press releases, articles and other materials for publication; Organising events including refreshments for meetings, seminars and other company functions; Liaising with the Financial Controller on behalf of the Managing Director regarding insurance claims, preparation and submission of banking, legal and financial documentation; Any and all other duties.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the Managing Director and works within an award winning company with around 250 employees.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have recent experience in an administrative support role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Advanced Microsoft office skills; touch typing; highly attuned written and verbal communication skills; superior organizational skills.
