SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Provides assistance to 2 Senior Brokers within a Corporate Team with focus on developing and maintaining client relationships plus delivering administrative support; Communicating professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients; Screening & directing incoming calls; Filter & manage emails and correspondence; Logging CRM jobs; Draft & manage work flow for team members; Scanning; Maintaining updated PDS's; Provide administrative support; Ensure all client support is maintained & met; Any and all other duties.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the Principal and works with a small team.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have a couple of years or more administration experience; experience in the general insurance industry looked upon favourably but definitely not necessary.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Enhanced written and verbal communication skills; great attention to detail; intermediate Microsoft suite knowledge.
