Be the right hand behind success:
 
  • Liaise directly with the Managing Director, taking on diverse tasks.
  • Action any request by the Managing Director, Executive Chairman and CFO promptly.
  • Master diary management, document prep, and meeting attendance.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes as required.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Become the communication hub, bridging departments and external parties.
  • Organise events, assist with press releases, and more.
  • Be a problem-solving whiz, ready for "any and all other duties."

  • Recent administrative support experience is key.
  • Microsoft Office expertise and touch typing are essential.
  • Communication skills that impress, both written and verbal.
