SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include -
Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls.
Meet and greet clients in a friendly and polite manner and offering a beverage.
All Accounts Payables including coding and data entry.
Provide administrative support to all departments when required.
Update and maintaining company registers and databases.
Update all social media platforms.
Maintaining stationery and placing orders as required.
Prepare outgoing post.
Archiving and filing
General admin duties.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Accountant and works with the whole team.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel & Word) - needs to be at intermediate level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills..
Social Media experience would be an advantage.
Accounts experience.
Typing and proof reading skills.
Able to multitask.
Excellent presentation.
