SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - people management, recruiting new team members, developing & training, enhancing & developing new processes and workflow practices; the team handles a high volume of SME broking; this is not a hands on broking role.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the State Manager and Executive.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have experience with team management and exposure to commercial general insurance lines either in underwriting or broking.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Leadership, management, negotiation and highly attuned communication skills.
