This position is responsible for assisting WA broking team through processing, file management and day to day business, as well as assisting with business development opportunities and campaigns.

Client communication& administration; Renewal dministration; Assisting with business development; Assisting Broker; Endorsement administration; Claims administration; Insurer management & liaison; Compliance administration.


Account Executive within a professional services organization - West Perth

Deliver service & manage relationship with SME Insurance clients; Manage a portfolio of SME renewals in line with Company standards & processes; Assist in the customer retention strategies as identified by the business. Handling of all claims, advices & ongoing management enquiries. Ensure information is updated on Customer Relationship System in a timely manner. Work with Head Office Team to establish eligibility for WA SME clients. Insurer Management - Working with insurers; Assist staff develop relationships with insurer representatives. Compliance - Ensure all processing is completed in line with established processes. Complete all tasks in accordance with service standards. Identified improvements are channelled appropriately, prior to their implementation.
