 GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
 
 Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - being an integral part of the Finance Team involving daily
 daily financial control of a number of Property Development Project entities to a high standard; Preparation of management accounts and reports for the Projects; Preparation of cash flow reports for the bank to arrange financial facilities; Assisting Development Managers to prepare budgets on a whole life basis; Assist in preparation of the quarterly board investor reports; Monitoring and management of on-going funding requirements for the relevant entities, utilisation of borrowing facilities with the bank, to maintain optimum funding and minimal cost of the entity; Compliance reporting as required by the finance facility covenants; any any and all other duties
 
 RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
 
 Reports to General Manager - Finance
 Has authority and responsibility for accurate, on time, and competent performance of role.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 You will need to have experience in the property development industry; plus be CPA or CA
 
 TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
