Job Description

This role is involved the preparation, processing and auditing of information into the database, as well as interacting with clients, at all times maintaining the company's professional image.


JOB/DUTY DESCRIPTION: Will be provided by client at interview but in essence; processing of transfers; input of details i.e. name, address, financial information, reporting requirements and change of address; processing of 'placements'; answering shareholder and stockbroker enquiries; assisting with the mail, filing, and printing of mail outs. In due course manage and reconcile corporate actions; reconcile bank accounts; identify, analyse and resolve variances within the bank reconciliations; assist with transactional processing; assist with the maintenance of the Company's register; ensure time sensitive duties are completed prior to cut-off deadlines; liaise with clients and shareholders; other duties as required.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous office experience looked upon favourably but is not essential.


EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Good level of education - completion of year 12 with good math and English marks is essential. Please note we are not looking for a tertiary qualification.


SKILLS REQUIRED: Good communication, organisational and administrative skills.

PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: Excellent in due course, depending on growth and changes within the organisation.


MISCELLANEOUS: A pre-employment medical is part of the recruitment process.

REMUNERATION: Will be in line with the appropriate award at Junior rates with a loading for skills/experience.
