 GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
 
 Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -Assisting a Senior Account Executive with a large diverse book encompassing clients focused on Mining, Construction, Transport, Electrical; providing the highest level of customer service to a portfolio of clients; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the Insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders; handling new business enquiries; handling all renewals, endorsements, new business quotes and all other broking duties; demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to learn; reporting to the Senior Account Executive and Management; general administration duties;
 
 RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
 
 Reports to Senior Account Executive and Management.
 Has authority and responsibility for the friendly, efficient and accurate performance of duties.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 You will need to have Tier 1 and experience in general insurance broking.
 
 TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
 
 Experience with Winbeat and Sunrise is preferred.
