Bookkeeper & Administration Manager - qualified or unqualified- experience in a Residential Building Company is essential.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Preparation of monthly/quarterly accounts including monthly reconciliations; Trial Balance and Profit & Loss; BAS Statements (multiple entities); Payroll; Superannuation; Payroll Tax; FBT; Budgeting and cash flow forecasting; supervision of Reception, Account Department and Client Liaisons (co-supervising) and Other Administration staff; Any and all other duties as required.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Board of Directors
Has authority and responsibility for the competent accurate performance of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience working in a residential building company. 5 year experience in a similar level role is essential.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Advanced excel essential.
