Broker and assisting managing the office & team - western suburbs - close to public transport. This role is full time.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Assisting the Manager in providing the highest level of customer services to a portfolio of clients; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders; Focus is processing of renewals, endorsements, some new business quotes and all other broking duties; demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to learn; general administration duties; Assisting the Division Manager with management of the office and staff generally.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Management.
Has authority and responsibility for the friendly, efficient and accurate performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1 and experience in general insurance broking.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Experience with broking software is essential.
A well established successful broking firm in the Western Suburbs. This role is full time and does not offer the flexibility to work from home or to adjust hours or days worked.
