Broker support role for an Internal Broker & 2 Senior Brokers located in West Perth focusing on being trusted partners in industry solutions.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - supporting two Brokers and internal broker with processing of new business and renewals, endorsements, preparing schedules of insurances, assisting with claim documentation, liaising with all stakeholders ie clients, underwriters, service providers etc. Any and all other duties.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Broking team and senior management.
Has authority and responsibility for accurate, timely and friendly performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have a couple of years exposure with commercial insurance lines. Insurance qualifications/FSRA accreditation looked upon favourably.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good msword skills and experience with general insurance broking software [CBS looked upon favourably]
Located in CBD fringe suburb - easily accessible.
