Join a rapidly expanding Share Registry in a client facing business development role focusing on listed and unlisted companies.
Responsible for promoting and selling of the registry and printing services to listed and non-listed businesses;
Developing and expanding business including approaching new clients successfully on a consistent basis;
Develop good relationships with its clients in a competitive environment;
Engage the support of the share services officers, administrative, accounting and management staff as necessary;
Participates in the planning the execution of programs designed to promote the services provided by the organisationsuch as attendance at business functions, events, membership of various appropriate associations;
Recommends solutions to problems involved in the preparation of account contracts and negotiations with current and prospective clients;
Provides feedback to management as to client and prospective client response and interest patterns;
Assistance with office supervision;
Any and all other duties.
Relationships and authority
Reports to the National Operations Manager and generally acts under their direction;
Has authority and responsibility for performing their role in a professional manner and to achieve targets
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in developing and expanding business including approaching new clients on a consistent basis with a successful track record.
Knowledge of Share Registry Services.
Skills, Technical and Software Knowledge
A high level of computer skills across the microsoft office suite of software and direct experience with CRM such as Salesforce
A high level of oral and written communications skills
National share registry with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth [and soon in Brisbane].
