Unique and exciting client service role involving extensive liaison with public company shareholders, company secretaries, stockbrokers plus maintaining and updating databases as well as general administration.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - processing of transfers, input of shareholder details such as name, address, financial details, attending to reporting requirements, processing of 'placements'; assisting with mail and filing; in due course manage and reconcile corporate actions; reconcile bank accounts; identify, analyse and resolve variances; assisting with transactional processing; assisting with maintenance of the companies registers; ensure time sensitive duties are completed prior to cut-off deadlines; other duties as required.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Senior Management
Has authority and responsibility for the accurate and on time performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have completed year 12 as well as having a couple of years or more client service and administration or accounts experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good communication and English skills, good Microsoft skills including intermediate excel.
