Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients; Describe insurable risk, design appropriate insurance solutions and negotiate the best deal in the global insurance market; Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners; Management and maintenance of budget, business plan and debtors; Build a long term pipeline to support New Business growth; Promote the organisation within the local business community.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Business Manager.
Has authority and responsibility for efficient performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have recent experience in general insurance broking and tier 1.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good MS Office and broking software knowledge.
