GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Provision of high level, efficient and effective executive support including diary and meeting management; Superior written and communication skills with outstanding attention to detail providing clear direction; Arranging and collating data for Board meetings as required; Travel and accommodation coordination for the Executive Director and other members of staff, including Board as applicable; Distribution of correspondence to Board and Council members; Credit Card reconciliation; Any and all other duties.

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to Executive Director and Executive generally.
Has authority and responsibility for efficient, friendly and accurate performance of duties.

QUALIFICATIONS, TECHNICAL SKILLS, SOFTWARE & EXPERIENCE

You will need to have previous experience supporting at a senior manager level; Professional & polished presentation is a must; Possess superior attention to detail and be highly organised; Exposure to CRM, Board Effects systems will be desirable; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision

CLIENT OVERVIEW

Professional association based in West Perth.
Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
