GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Meeting & greeting visitors; answering the phones [around 70 to 80 calls per day]; word processing, data entry; and general office work plus assisting with kitchen duties such as stacking/emptying dishwasher; preparing & tidying meeting rooms; mail, communications, faxes; any and all other duties usually associated with office administration and reception.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to management.
Has authority and responsibility for
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience with reception duties such as managing a
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Experience with Microsoft office suite of software and switchboard operation is essential.
