 Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - liaising with potential clients and providing solutions across all brands [first & second homebuyers, unit developments]; liaising with all departments including estimating, drafting, prestart, scheduling, finance; flexible hours. Retainer on offer.
 
 RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
 
 Reports to MD & Sales Manager
 Has authority and responsibility for accurate and timely performance of duties and achieving abundant high level earnings.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 You will need to have experience with sales and some exposure to the building industry.
 
 TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
 
 Experience with a CRM is essential.
