 GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
 
 Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -
 Based out of a display the position involves liaising with potentials clients and providing solutions;
 Assisting with design and advising on surrounding landscaping;
 Working closely with in-house finance, operations and the landscaping teams;
 Proactively source new leads and service existing clientele;
 Focus is on weekends and after hours though is balanced with days off during the week;
 Participating in ongoing training and development.
 
 RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
 
 Reports to the Sale Manager
 Has authority and responsibility for meeting activity and sales key performance indicators.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 You will need to have recent experience in sales preferably within the residential building or landscaping industries;
 Highly motivated;
 Excelling selling, communication and negotiation skills.
 
 TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
 
 Familiar with CRM software.
