Senior Broker Support role to high performing team - West Perth
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - supporting a team of brokers by preparing insurance documentation; Attending to client queries and prioritizing effectively; Responsible for training and development of other staff as required; Developing strong relationships with clients and insurers; Assisting lodging and managing claims efficiently and accurately.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Senior Manager and Brokers
Has authority and responsibility for friendly and efficient performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1 plus several years experience in the insurance industry
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good broking software knowledge is essential.
