DUTIES

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -

Greeting patients and coordinating;

Patient enquiries and account handling;

Taking payments; private billing and bulk services;

Liaising with health care providers;

General administrative duties;

Input into rostering;

Assistance with calculating and recording Doctors hours and patient consults;

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to the Practice Management

Has authority and responsibility for accurate, timely performance of duties

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

This is a senior receptionist role - medical reception experience is essential.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Medical Director and Prac Soft are essential

Hours are anticipated to be:-

Monday 7.45 - 4 /30 mins lunch

Tuesday 9 - 4 /30 mins lunch

Thursday 9 - 4 /30 mins lunch

Two Saturdays a month 8.30 - 1
