Capability uplift of brokers
Process cancellations and charge the brokers
Reporting Weekly reporting on Debtors and attending to the cancellation of those invoices that are outside credit terms.
Monthly reporting on Debtors to ELT and development of strict KPIs:
- Individual brokers will be assessed on a monthly basis to ensure they have no invoices outside credit terms + 30 days (with the exception of those policies that have had an extension of cover granted).
- In conjunction with Compliance, a report will be tabled detailing the random checks done on overdue invoices to ensure the client has been advised appropriately. A list of those brokers who are found not to comply, will be escalated to the ELT.
Escalating to Compliance, Distribution and ELT of delinquent brokers on an ad hoc basis.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Head of Accounting Operations and working with a high performing team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have recent accounts experience in the insurance industry.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Excel and preferably Insight
