Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Customer service to current and potential clients; Administrative support to operational, supervisors and management; Record keeping, Data entry for AR and small payroll on MYOB; Some reception; General Administration.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Managing Director and works with a down to earth team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have good administration & accounts experience. Some exposure to the building industry looked upon favourably.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Great written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft office essential. Exposure MYOB looked upon favourably.
