SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – Register and assessment of claims; Responsible for enquiries such as emails, phone calls, daily mail and responding to website enquiries; Liaise with clients and insurers to ensure prompt settlement of claims; Provide advice and policy wording interpretation to clients; Document closure of case; Assist internal broker staff regarding past and current claims; Assist fellow team members and management; Maintaining the claims team follow up system including liaison with insurers; Ensure any documents you save/scan are easily accessible; Attend and contribute to team meetings; Observe the firms financial, business and human resources policies and procedures; Carry out any duties to assist the Compliance Officer as per FSRA.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Executive Chairman, Head of Finance plus working closely with Team Members, Brokers and Underwriters.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have recent general insurance claims experience either in domestic or commercial.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Enhance verbal and written communication skills plus great experience with Microsoft office suite of software.
