SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include –
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the role will include Contract Administration; Preconstruction client liaison with the documentation of building specifications, Preparing variation documents; Cross checking variations against plans and creating addendas; Preparation of HIA building contracts including contract documentation and addenda’s; HIA Indemnity insurance applications; Liaising with architects, checking plans and addenda’s; Secondary point of contact for clients after sales consultants.
Covering for Pre-start consultants and Shire Liaison if they are away.
Any and all other duties.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to Operations Manager and works with a friendly professional team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have experience in Residential Contract Administration, and preferably exposure to Pre-Start & Shire Liaison.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Enhanced written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills
