- Motivate and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives, Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Insurance Broking Interns.
- Key performance indicators include business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- Solid technical expertise in insurance products, legislation, claims, broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
- Demonstrated team management skills.
- A proven track record of success in insurance broking, ideally with 10 years of experience.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide your team towards achieving goals.
- Mandatory qualifications: Diploma in Financial Services & Tier 1.
- Highly regarded: Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
